Description: Oktoberfest is a 16-day festival running from late September to early October in Munich in Bavaria and is the world’s largest annual funfair, attended by some 6 million people from all around the world! The Oktoberfest is an important part of Bavarian culture, having been held since 1810, and large quantities of beer and traditional food are served. And that’s what we’ll be doing too – starting in our “BierGarten” with fireworks – we plan to thrill you with Bavarian favourites washed down with plenty of beer!
£30.00 per head, includes a complimentary Bavarian beer, then BYO wine, beer or other alcoholic drinks. Essex’s finest tap water provided!

Appetiser: pretzel, bratwurst and mustard
Fish: steckerlfisch – marinated mackerel grilled over hot coals
Main: schweinshaxe, kartoffelsalat, rotkohl – roasted pork knuckle with caraway & garlic, warm potato salad, braised red cabbage
Dessert: zwetschekuchen – plum streusel tart
